In the wintertime – the sites are open between the hours of 8:30am and 05:00pm.Exept: Rosh Hashana eve, Yom Kippur eve, and Pesach eve the sites close at 03:00pm. To exchange the voucher you need to come to the "box office" at the Citadel.You also need to note that the box office closes an hour before closing time of the sites.
